By using the website or making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or making a booking.

1. About us

Vibrantforcedyn is a small studio that designs and runs guided active recreation programs in Brisbane and South East Queensland. Our registered address is 963 Stanley St East, East Brisbane QLD 4169, Australia. You can reach us using the contact details on the contact page.

2. Use of this website

You may browse the website for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the site in a way that breaches Australian law or any other applicable law.

3. Bookings and pricing

Prices shown on the programs page are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable. Available dates, group sizes and meet-points are confirmed in writing when we accept a booking. We reserve the right to update prices and program details from time to time; changes do not apply to bookings already confirmed unless we have specifically said so.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless an alternate arrangement is agreed in writing. We use a secure third-party payment provider. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

4. Participation, safety and your responsibilities

Active recreation involves a degree of physical effort and inherent risk. By participating in a session you confirm that:

• You have given a fair and honest account of any condition that may affect your participation.
• You will follow the reasonable instructions of guides at all times during the session.
• You will use the gear we provide in line with the briefing.
• You will tell a guide promptly if you feel unwell, fatigued, or unsafe.

We may, at our discretion, decline participation on a particular day if we believe it would not be safe. In that case we will offer a transfer to another date or a refund as set out in our returns policy.

5. Changes and cancellations

Weather, route conditions or group circumstances occasionally force changes. Where we change or cancel a session, we will give as much notice as we can and offer a transfer or refund. Where you change or cancel a booking, the terms of our returns policy apply.

6. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, illustrations, layout and code on this website are owned by Vibrantforcedyn or licensed to us. All rights are reserved. You may save a copy for your personal records but not republish, sell or display our content commercially without written permission. Trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Content you share

If you submit feedback, comments, photos or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it in connection with running and promoting our services. You confirm that you have the right to share the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

8. Disclaimers and liability

We aim to make sure the information on the website is accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always up to date.
